• Keep your jewellery away from the effects of chlorine in water, sweat and chemicals present in perfumes, cosmetics & deodorants etc.
• Please remove it when engaged in any household or athletic activity like washing, bathing, sleeping, swimming or going to gym etc. and keep it safe in the air tight plastic pouch included in every order.
• Clean your fine jewellery carefully with the anti-tarnish polish cloth we provide to remove dirt.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Shipping time is 48 – 72hrs for ‘Available in Stock’ items and 20 business days for Make to order items. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via our Shipping partners namely BVC Logistics, Sequel.

Packaging

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Swadeshi Diamond's box along with the relevant certificates.

Free Gift Packaging

In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packing, along with a gift message of your choice. Your gift will be delivered in distinctive Swadeshi Diamonds gift packing. So whether you order a gift to give to your loved ones personally, or want us to deliver it, the recipient is sure to be impressed.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

7 Days Return

Our 7-day Money Back Policy gives you the time to make sure that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, we'll provide you with full refund or exchange after retaining Rs.1000/- towards delivery and processing. This charge shall be borne by the customer for each product under 7 Day Money Back Policy.

7 Day Money Back is not applicable in the following instances -

1. On orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 7 Day Exchange Policy - You can exchange your design within 7 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the product the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.

2. On products that have been engraved or personalized or customised.

Conditions for Return under 7 Day Money Back Policy –

Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration. The stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or the original packing is tampered with, the return will not be processed.

How the refund is made -

When a product is returned under our 7 Day Money Back policy, a quality check is done post which the refund is credited to the source or your bank account.

1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /UPI/Net Banking).

How to return the product to Swadeshi Diamonds -

1. Write an email to support@swadeshidiamonds.com within 7 days of delivery to schedule a return pick up.

2 The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/copy of the invoice for all exchanges within the 7 Day Money Back period.

3. Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate and hand it over to the logistics executive.

4. Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup).

5. Once we receive the product, we conduct a Quality Check to check for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Once the Quality Check is cleared, our refund will be processed to your bank account in 10 business days after retaining delivery charges. Any item that shows signs of wear or that has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 7 Day Money-Back.

6. In case of loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 1500.

7. In case the product was earlier purchased through EMI system, we will deduct an amount equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount at the time of refund of initial installment.

How to ship the products to be returned -

Swadeshi Diamonds will schedule a reverse pick up for customers. The return shipping shall be borne by the customer. We will deduct Rs.1000/- as delivery and processing charges while determining the refund amount.

Buyback & Exchange Policy

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from Swadeshi Diamonds. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes and Rs. 1,000 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.

Lifetime Exchange: If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges, taxes, processing charge and discounts will be credited to your Swadeshi Diamonds account and you can purchase any other product with the same. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back: If you choose to return the product for buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 15 business days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Swadeshi Diamonds shall not be accepted for buy-back. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the value of the product after giving a justification for the same.
